LUCY GUADAGNUOLO, LMFT

Individual, Family, and Couples Clinician

Taking the first step toward change can feel intimidating, and it takes courage—I’m so glad you’re here. My clients tend to struggle with feeling disconnected in their relationships, overwhelmed by anxiety, or frustrated by the challenges of living with ADHD. Many feel stuck repeating the same patterns, even when they want things to be different.

I specialize in helping couples strengthen communication and rebuild trust, while also supporting individuals in managing stress, anxiety, and the impact of ADHD on daily life. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, honoring that you are the expert in your own story. Together, we’ll find strategies that help you feel more balanced and confident.

I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can safely explore challenges and build new skills. Using evidence-based practices tailored to your needs, we’ll work toward meaningful change, resilience, and lasting growth. I would be honored to support you in creating the life and relationships you want.

HILLARY MASTROSIMONE, LMFT

Individual, Family, and Couples Clinician

Struggling with life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, loneliness, and worries doesn't make you crazy, it makes you normal. My gentle, yet direct approach supports insight into those thoughts and feelings in an effort to walk alongside you as you decide where you want to go. Overall, I encourage reflection on the past as well as connecting with unexpressed thoughts, feelings, and needs to better understand the core of your present experiences. Mainly, I believe the most powerful healing comes from the therapeutic connection. My approach is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their experiences and pain en route to gaining insight to heal emotional wounds, and achieving growth. I work to meet your needs and provide a personal experience.
